Spring Saddle – Kit Whiteline FRONT SPRING – SADDLE ASSEMBLY. A critical service item for any leaf sprung vehicle. High kilometres and heavy load carrying causes excessive wear on rubber bushings. Whiteline’s signature black bushings are made tough and offer outstanding abrasion resistance, high load bearing capability (4WD’s, utes and towing), flexibility, increased tensile strength and chemical resistance to oil, grease, ozone and weathering. Protective E-Coat coating acts as a hard skin that is much tougher than conventional paint allowing this product to withstand the toughest conditions and resist corrosion for years to come. Specially bonded design for optimised strength typically required in high load bearing applications. PTFE lining provides an extraordinary low coefficient of friction eliminating the need to lubricate the bushing. Whiteline’s latest technology synthetic elastomer formulation boasts resistance to oil, grease, ozone and weathering.
