EcoBoost 4 Cylinder Rear Main Seal Housing by MAPerformance One of the most common issues we have seen when it comes to the 4 Cylinder Ecoboost engine has been the leaking rear main seal.

Stock and modified motors seem to all fall to the same fate of a warped or worn seal.

We have replaced the flimsy stamped factory piece that has a non-replaceable hard seal, with a 6061 Aluminum seal housing, and replaceable seal.
