The Black Ops Auto Works 530B is a direct-fit Polished exhaust tip set built specifically for the 2015-2023 Dodge Charger V8 (5.7L HEMI, 6.4L 392 HEMI, and 6.2L Hellcat). Each set includes two 5.0-inch slice-cut tips crafted from 304 stainless steel Polished so the finish holds up against exhaust heat cycle after heat cycle. The tips install clamp-on directly onto the factory OEM ball-socket connection with no welding, no cutting, and no drilling required.

5.0-Inch Slice-Cut Design

The slice-cut (angled/slant) outlet gives the Charger’s rear valance a purposeful, aggressive look without the over-built appearance of stacked double-wall tips. The inlet is rolled and beveled for a clean OEM-quality fitment over the factory pipe. At 5.0 inches outlet diameter and 5.5 inches tip length (7.0 inches total assembly including the ball socket), these tips fill the Charger’s round tip cutouts correctly no visible gaps, no fitment compromise. Set includes one driver-side tip and one passenger-side tip.

Fitment 2015-2023 Dodge Charger V8

These tips fit the Dodge Charger equipped with a V8 engine and the factory dual-exit exhaust with round tip cutouts in the two-piece lower rear valance. This includes the R/T, R/T Scat Pack, SRT 392, SRT Hellcat, Hellcat Widebody, and Daytona trims running the 5.7L HEMI, 6.4L 392 HEMI, or 6.2L Hellcat V8. These tips do NOT fit V6 Charger models (3.6L Pentastar). The V6 Charger uses a single-exit exhaust and a different rear valance these tips will not install correctly on that vehicle. Confirm your engine before ordering.

Does the 530B fit a V6 Dodge Charger?
No. These tips are engineered for V8 Charger models only (5.7L HEMI, 6.4L 392 HEMI, 6.2L Hellcat). V6 Charger models (3.6L Pentastar) use a single-exit exhaust and a different rear valance with a single oval cutout. These tips will not install correctly on a V6 Charger. Confirm you have a V8 engine before ordering.

Can I reuse my factory clamps?
Yes. The OEM factory clamps at the ball-socket connection can be reused. The kit includes new clamp hardware as well, so you have the option to use either the factory hardware or the supplied hardware depending on the condition of your existing clamps.

How long does installation take?
Most installs are completed in approximately 45 minutes with basic hand tools. No lift is required the tips are accessible from under the rear of the vehicle. Penetrating oil is recommended if the factory clamps have not been removed before.

Installation Overview

These tips are designed for a straightforward DIY install with basic hand tools no welder, no cutting torch, no drill required. The clamp-on design slides directly onto the factory OEM ball-socket connection at the rear of each pipe. Allow approximately 45 minutes for a typical install.

  • Tools needed: socket set or wrenches, penetrating oil (recommended for aged factory clamps)
  • Remove existing factory tips by loosening the OEM clamp at the ball-socket joint
  • Slide new tip onto the factory pipe at the ball-socket connection point
